WHAT IS A VIRTUAL ESCAPE PALACE?

A Virtual Escape Palace is a type of online escape room! It is an online puzzle adventure that takes place in a virtual palace. Each Palace is filled with mysterious rooms to explore and puzzles to solve along the way.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY?

There is no maximum to the number of people you can sign up! However, we do recommend breaking up your group into teams of 3-4 players. 

For example, you could book for a group of 8, and break up into 2 teams of 4, or you could book for a group of 800 and break up into 200 teams of 4. Access to the GAP (Game Administrator Portal) comes with your Virtual Escape Palace purchase, making it easy to manage a large group.

Minimum of 2 players required for purchase.
 

HOW DO I BOOK A VIRTUAL ESCAPE PALACE FOR MY TEAM?

Find and select your prefered Virtual Escape Palace, enter the number of players in the quantity box, add to your cart, and then checkout! 

Full payment is due at the time of booking. Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive a receipt and a separate email to access the Game Administrator Portal (GAP) to begin setting up your reservation!

DO I NEED TO KNOW WHEN I WANT TO PLAY TO CHECKOUT?

No. You do not need to enter a date or time at checkout. You simply purchase a spot for each player at checkout, and then you may set up your event details later in the GAP.

As this is a self led experience, teams may schedule games at any time they prefer.

I HAVE MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE, DO I NEED TO BOOK INDIVIDUALLY FOR EACH TEAM?

Nope! You just need one transaction per group. Enter the # of players for your entire group in the quantity section. 

After you check out, you’ll be able to access a Game Administration Portal where you can add all the players to your reservation and assign teams of 3-4 players.

DO I PURCHASE PER TEAM OR PER PLAYER?

You’ll purchase a player slot for every player.

There is no maximum number of player slots per transaction, however, there is a minimum charge for 2 player slots.

HOW DO I ADD EXTRA PLAYERS TO MY RESERVATION?

If you'd like to add more player slots to your reservation, you can do so in the GAP with the Purchase More Players button!

1. If you have multiple reservations, make sure you have selected the appropriate reservation from the dropdown list before adding extra players to your order.
2. Click the "Purchase More Players" button (above the tabs). 
3. Enter the number of players you wish to add. Then click "Generate invoice" and confirm the addition.
4. Click the "Pay Invoice" button to pay the balance for the extra players. Once you make the payment and close out the payment window or tab, your reservation will update.
Add the wrong number of players? You can click the "Cancel" button to cancel the invoice and start over!

If you make a purchase on our shop site for more players, this will create a new reservation instead of adding the additional players to your existing reservation.
