Browser & Device Suggestions:

We encourage you to play on a computer (desktop or laptop) for the best experience.

We recommend using the latest versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. We do not recommend using Internet Explorer.

Pop-ups:

The Sapphire Palace includes animations and interactive games. You may need to disable some ad blockers for some browsers. Please also ensure that your pop-ups are allowed by your browser. For instructions on how to do this, please visit the support guide for your specific browser listed below:

Chrome: 

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
   

2. At the top right, click More. Settings.
   

3. Under "Privacy and security," click Site Settings.
   

4. Click Pop-ups and redirects.
   

5. At the top, turn the setting to Allowed or Blocked.
   

1. If you do not wish to turn off all pop-ups, you can add our site to Allow list, by copying and pasting our site address into the Allow field. 
   

6. Click Done.
   

7. Close any remaining dialog boxes.

Safari:

Safari for macOS has no per-website control over blocking pop-up windows. Pop-ups are either blocked, or they are not. To allow pop-ups:

1. From the Safari menu, choose Preferences... and click the Websites tab.
   

2. Ensure the Block pop-up windows option is not checked. Unchecking this option will allow pop-ups.
   

3. To block pop-ups once again, check the Block pop-up windows checkbox.
   

Note: If you are concerned about allowing pop-ups globally for all websites that you browse, consider using another web browser that allows website exceptions such as Chrome or Firefox.

Edge:

To allow pop-ups:

1. Open Microsoft Edge
   

2. Click the ellipsis icon (...) in the upper right corner of your web browser, and then click Settings.
   

3. In the Advanced settings section, click Cookies and Site Permissions 
   

4. In the Block pop-ups section, click the switch to Off. Pop-ups are now allowed.

Firefox:

1. Open Firefox, then go to the web page that you want to allow pop-ups.
   

2. Click the icon with three horizontal bars in the upper right side of the browser toolbar.
   

3. Select Options (Windows) or Preferences (macOS).
   

4. In the left sidebar, click on the Privacy & Security tab
   

5. In the Permissions section, unclick the Block pop-up windows. OR

6. Click Save Changes.
