How do I get to the game?

Each team will have either a unique game link or a unique join code to access the virtual game.

The unique game link can be generated and shared in a couple of ways. This link can be shared directly by the Team Captain or Group Organizer or via the Player Invitation email. The unique join code can be generated in the GAP and shared by the Group Organizer.

PLAYERS:

Join by code – Go to the Join Game page on the PalaceSphere site. Enter the code provided by your Group Organizer or game host in the team code field to get started! If you do not have a code - ask your Organizer to make and share one with your team.

Join by link – If you are a player, check your email for an invitation with the subject line "Mark Your Calendar" (don't forget to check spam folder if needed!). If you have the invitation email, simply click the yellow PLAY button to access the game. If you did not receive an email invitation, ask your Group Organizer or Team Captain to either send an invitation email or share your team's game link with you.

Standard Team Join by link – If you are playing on a Jewel Palace Standard Team (and not a larger, multi-team reservation), you can access the game via unique URL. The Organizer that purchased the game for your group will receive and email with the subject link "Get Ready to Play" that will include the game link and a green button that says "Access Game Link." This can be forwarded to the other players, or the Organizer can forward the email.

*Please note: We recommend using Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge for your game. We do not recommend using Internet Explorer as your game browser.*

Group Organizers or Team Captains: Inviting Players

If the Group Organizer or Team Captain (if assigned) of a premium Jewel Palace Game (not a standard team) sends an invitation to the players of a team, the game link will be generated automatically and updated in GAP on the Invitations page, the View Team Status page, and on the Team Captain’s Team and Invitations pages. The player invitation email will include the team’s game link (yellow “PLAY” button).

If you do not wish to send invitation emails, game links can be manually generated by the Group Organizer on the Invitations page by clicking “Create” under “Game Link” in the “Game Info” column.

A Team Captain can also generate a game link by clicking the “Create” button on their Team page
