(Group Organizer) I made myself a Team Captain, how do I set up my own team?
As a Group Organizer, you already have a GAP login and do not need to send yourself a Team Captain invitation*. You can edit all of your team’s details on the Teams or Invitations pages. You can invite your teammates and/or create your team’s game link from the Invitations page.
If you wish, you can also access the Team Captain view of your team’s details by clicking your team name on the Invitations page or the View Team Status page. This will bring you to the individual Team page where you can add a start time, name your team, and add a video conferencing link. From there, you can go to the team’s Invitations page to send an email invitation to the players on your team. Please note that this is not necessary as all team details can be edited by the Organizer from the general Teams and Invitations pages.
*If a Group Organizer is a Team Captain, they DO NOT need to send themselves a Team Captain invitation. This will just take them to the same GAP login they already have as a Group Organizer.
